Doula Support For Pregnancy With Multiples
-
Our first visit is all about connection! We’ll review your intake form, talk about your birth preferences, and discuss how we can best support you and your family. This visit helps us build trust and set the foundation for your care.
-
These visits focus on your birth plan, comfort techniques, advocacy tips, and preparing you for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. We’ll answer your questions and ensure you feel confident about your options.
-
This additional prenatal visit is designed specifically for families expecting twins, triplets, or more. We’ll focus on the unique aspects of carrying multiples — from preparing for the possibility of preterm labor to creating a flexible birth plan that accounts for different delivery scenarios. We’ll also cover feeding strategies, sleep arrangements, and how to balance care for multiple newborns while still prioritizing your own well-being.
-
We’ll be by your side throughout labor and delivery, providing physical, emotional, and informational support. Whether at home or in the hospital, we’ll help you stay comfortable, advocate for your wishes, and support your partner.
-
We’ll check in with you after birth to provide emotional support, newborn feeding help, and guidance on healing and self-care. This is also a time to celebrate your birth story and address any concerns you may have.
-
Caring for more than one newborn can feel overwhelming — this extra postpartum visit is all about helping you settle into your new rhythm. We’ll provide hands-on feeding support, whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or a combination. We’ll also help troubleshoot common challenges like sleep schedules, tandem feeding, and balancing care between babies — all while making sure you feel supported and cared for too.
