Our first visit is all about connection! We’ll review your intake form, talk about your birth preferences, and discuss how we can best support you and your family. This visit helps us build trust and set the foundation for your care

These visits focus on your birth plan, comfort techniques, advocacy tips, and preparing you for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. We’ll answer your questions and ensure you feel confident about your options.

We’ll be by your side throughout labor and delivery, providing physical, emotional, and informational support. Whether at home or in the hospital, we’ll help you stay comfortable, advocate for your wishes, and support your partner.

We’ll check in with you after birth to provide emotional support, newborn feeding help, and guidance on healing and self-care. This is also a time to celebrate your birth story and address any concerns you may have.

Your doula will be on call at 37 weeks.
