These visits focus on your birth plan, comfort techniques, advocacy tips, and preparing you for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. We’ll answer your questions and ensure you feel confident about your options.

We’ll be by your side throughout labor and delivery, providing physical, emotional, and informational support. Whether at home or in the hospital, we’ll help you stay comfortable, advocate for your wishes, and support your partner

Your doula will be on call at 37 weeks.

We’ll check in with you after birth to provide emotional support, newborn feeding help, and guidance on healing and self-care. This is also a time to celebrate your birth story and address any concerns you may have.

Welcoming a new baby is a big change — not just for parents, but for siblings and even pets! This visit focuses on helping older siblings understand their new role, reducing jealousy, and encouraging bonding. For families with pets, we’ll also offer tips to gently introduce your furbaby to the newest family member, creating a smooth and safe transition for everyone.
